Hand-thrown terracotta earthenware pottery, hand-decorated and glazed with a geometric arabesque pattern in grey and polychrome with cobalt blue, yellow and red, outlined in black. Signed by the potter in Arabic to the base and with 'Safi' mark in Latin letters beneath.
Good condition. A fine overall craquelure. Two small areas of glaze fail/bubbles retouched by the potter as is customary with this ware.
