The Praeneste Terrace at Rousham House, Oxfordshire is viewed as one of William Kent's architectural masterpieces. The seven-arched arcade is inspired by the Temple of Fortuna Primigenia at Palestrina (ancient Praeneste) in Italy. The terrace is a key element of the Rousham landscape - a triumph of English landscape gardening.

Ronald 'Ron' Cosford is an Oxfordshire-based contemporary watercolour artist, celebrated for his depictions of notable views within the county and for scenes of Henley Royal Regatta and other rowing events on the Thames.
